As I am about to embark on my first ever beach holiday at the end of this month, I have decided that I need to get in shape. I'm not overweight but I would like to tone up my body so I decided the best way is to go for a run, seeing as the weather should be getting better (even though this is British weather I am in?!).. So here's how it's going.. (Please note, this is probably the unfittest times you ever see anyone run! So no laughing)! =D

The first step is the hardest step right? It was difficult in trying to keep up my stamina, speed and surroundings. It was a challenge but I was determined to get running into my routine. The rain didn't help motivate my run, although it did cool me down slightly.

Today, felt good. I wasn't struggling much and there was a cool breeze which helped my run! An excellent result. Plus my legs and lower back was aching of pain! But once you start running, the pain had gone!

I think because of the recent junk food I have been consuming, it has effected my stamina. I didn't manage to run as much as I would usually. However, I am starting to get a little addicted and obsessed with taking my runs!

I decided to run on the running machine I have at home be causes I'm feeling lazy to go outside for a run. It has been a while since I used the running machine and some reason it always seems harder! My legs don't feel as tired as they usually do, after using the machine but I am sweating way more than a usual run in the park!
