As my boyfriend and I was strolling along Greenwich, we decided to head for dinner at Frankie and Benny's. We sat on the terrace which was nice. The calamari was 'lightly fried and seasoned with salt and cracked black pepper. Sprinkled with Grana Padan and served with a warm Neapolitan dip'. It was so delicious! The Salt and Pepper Scampi came with 'a choice of house fries, salad or jacket, fresh watercress garnish, half a char-grilled lemon and tartare sauce'. The scampi was very good and so was the fries. I didn't like the watercress as that tasted a little bitter and flowery. Wasn't my type of salad. It was a lovely meal and a lovely evening with my boyfriend.
An overall rating 7/10.
